Terms of service

Version 1.1 dated September 17, 2026

These Terms explain what BLAKbets does, who can use it, how access and subscriptions work, how to cancel, and how to make a complaint.

§1. General provisions

  1. These Terms govern use of BLAKbets (referred to below as BLAKbets, “we”). You can reach us through the contact form available at /kontakt; we reply to the email address supplied in your message.
  2. Definitions used in these Terms:
    • Explore: the BLAKbets website and Platform;
    • Platform: the signed-in part of the Service, including arbitrage and middles boards, tools, calculators and the tracker;
    • User: an adult using the Service;
    • Consumer: a User who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 221 of the Polish Civil Code, and a self-employed individual whose agreement is not professional in nature (Article 38a of the Polish Consumer Rights Act);
    • Account: the User's individual account in the Service;
    • Access: the right to use the Platform under the selected plan.
  3. These Terms are available free of charge at /regulamin in a format you can download, save and print.

§2. What BLAKbets does

  1. BLAKbets is an information service and a set of tools. It collects publicly available sportsbook odds and identifies combinations across sportsbooks that may produce a result independent of the event outcome (arbitrage), or a chance to win both bets (a middle).
  2. BLAKbets is not a sportsbook, does not accept or arrange bets, hold User funds, or provide investment or financial advice.
  3. Odds can change at any time. Information in the Service may be delayed, incomplete or incorrect. A sportsbook may reject a bet, change the odds, void a bet or restrict an account. The Service does not guarantee a profit.
  4. An arbitrage opportunity that has left the board is marked with a lock. Its odds may have changed and should not be used to place bets.
  5. Users make every betting decision independently and at their own risk.

§3. Accounts and technical requirements

  1. The Service is available only to people aged 18 or over with full legal capacity. By creating an Account, the User confirms this.
  2. Each person may have one Account. Accounts are personal and may not be shared, sold or used jointly with other people.
  3. Users must provide accurate information and protect their sign-in details. Suspected unauthorised access must be reported promptly through the contact form.
  4. To use the Service, you need an internet-connected device, a current browser with JavaScript and essential cookies enabled, and an email address.
  5. The Account agreement begins when you create an Account and continues indefinitely. The Account itself is free; Platform Access is paid (§5).

§4. Rules of use and responsible gambling

  1. The following are prohibited:
    • sharing the Account or Platform content with third parties, publishing, reselling or redistributing that content;
    • automated data collection from the Service using bots, scripts or scraping, and bypassing security or access restrictions;
    • activities that disrupt the Service or violate the law.
  2. Users are responsible for ensuring that a sportsbook's services are legal in their location. In Poland, online betting may legally be offered only by operators licensed by the Minister of Finance. BLAKbets does not encourage betting with unlicensed operators.
  3. Betting involves a risk of losing money and can be addictive. If your gambling feels out of control, call Poland's Behavioural Addiction Helpline: 801 889 880 (daily, 17:00–22:00 Polish time; your operator's call charges apply).

§5. Plans and payments

  1. Platform Access is paid, subject to paragraph 3. Current plans and prices are shown before purchase:
    • one month: 30 days of Access with no automatic renewal;
    • monthly: a subscription that renews automatically each month;
    • annual: a subscription that renews automatically each year.
  2. Plans do not include a trial. All provide the same Platform features and differ in billing terms.
  3. Online payments are handled by an external provider identified at checkout. Until online payments launch, Access is free: the “Pay” button activates the selected plan without charging you, and free subscriptions renew without a fee. We announce the launch at least 14 days in advance (§14). Free Access does not automatically become paid: it expires on the announced date, and continued use requires a plan purchase.
  4. Access starts when payment is confirmed. Subscriptions renew and are charged for each billing period until cancelled (§6).
  5. We announce subscription price changes at least 30 days before they take effect. The new price applies from the next billing period. Users who do not accept it may cancel before that date.
  6. Buying another one-time plan while Access is active extends it by 30 days.

§6. Cancelling a subscription and ending Access

  1. You can cancel your subscription at any time in Account, without giving a reason.
  2. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period. Access continues until then, and no further payments are taken. You can undo cancellation before the period ends.
  3. A one-time plan ends automatically after 30 days and does not need to be cancelled.
  4. Ending Access does not delete your Account or its data, including tracker records, deposit history and settings. Purchasing Access again on the same Account restores access to your data.

§7. Right of withdrawal

  1. A Consumer may withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days of conclusion without giving a reason. Send a withdrawal notice through the contact form, selecting “Withdrawal from contract”. You may use the template in Appendix 1, but this is optional. Sending the notice before the deadline is sufficient.
  2. If a Consumer explicitly requests that service start before the withdrawal period ends and then withdraws, they pay for the service supplied until withdrawal, in proportion to the number of days of Access.
  3. We issue refunds within 14 days of receiving the notice, using the original payment method unless the Consumer agrees to another method, at no extra cost.

§8. Complaints and disputes

  1. To make a complaint about the Service, use the contact form, selecting “Complaint”. Describe the problem and when it occurred.
  2. We respond to complaints within 14 days of receipt, using the email address provided in your message.
  3. Consumers may use out-of-court dispute resolution, including assistance from a municipal or district consumer ombudsman or the Trade Inspection. Information is available from Poland's Office of Competition and Consumer Protection (uokik.gov.pl).

§9. Liability

  1. We aim to keep the Service running and its data up to date, but do not guarantee completeness, accuracy or availability at all times. Maintenance may require interruptions.
  2. We are not responsible for User betting decisions, sportsbook actions (including rejected bets, changed odds, voided bets, restricted or closed accounts), or third-party website content.
  3. For Users who are not Consumers, BLAKbets' liability is limited to the fees paid by that User during the previous 12 months.
  4. These Terms do not exclude or limit liability where the law does not permit this, particularly in relation to Consumers.

§10. Third-party websites and affiliate links

  1. The Service links to sportsbook websites operated independently under their own terms.
  2. Some links may be affiliate links. If a User creates an account through them, BLAKbets may receive compensation from that website. This does not change the price of Access.

§11. Intellectual property

  1. The Service, its design, software and data compilations are legally protected. Users may use them only for personal purposes to the extent needed to use the Service.

§12. Account deletion and termination

  1. Users can request Account deletion at any time in Account. Any active subscription is cancelled immediately.
  2. You can cancel a deletion request within 30 days. After that, Account data is permanently deleted, except records we must legally retain, such as billing documents.
  3. For serious or repeated breaches of these Terms, particularly §4(1), we may block Access or terminate the agreement with 7 days' notice after an unsuccessful request to stop the breach.

§13. Personal data

Our personal data processing is described in the Privacy policy, and our cookie practices in the Cookie policy.

§14. Changes to these Terms

  1. We may change these Terms for valid reasons, including changes in law, service scope or payment methods.
  2. We announce changes by email or within the Service at least 14 days before they take effect. Users who do not accept them may cancel their subscription and delete their Account before that date.

§15. Final provisions

  1. These Terms are governed by Polish law. This choice does not remove a Consumer's protection under mandatory laws in their country of habitual residence.
  2. These Terms take effect on 17.09.2026.
